Meet Rob

Rob Bier is a seasoned expert in building high-performance organizations, with more than 25 years’ experience in the field.

He has worked with over 40 scale-ups, including six that became unicorns and one that reached decacorn status during the time he supported them. Some of his clients include Crypto.com, Traveloka, Trax Retail, NinjaVan, Ajaib, Kredivo, and PropertyGuru. His outstanding track record as an advisor is based on strong foundations: he built two successful companies of his own: Sparck, a fintech acquired by Citigroup, and antfactory, a pioneering venture capital firm and venture builder in Europe.

Prior to that he spent 12 years as a senior partner in the Organizational Performance practice of Monitor Group (now Monitor Deloitte), the leading strategy firm. He has also served on the Management Advisory Board of TowerBrook Capital Partners, a private equity firm with $21 Bn under management.
